673 AN IMPRESSIVE RUSSIAN SHIP MODEL C. 1997.  Russian Navy brig "Mercury" as fitted in 1820, professionally scratch built by St. Petersburg modeler, Evgeniy Yourin. Plank on frame construction of exotic woods, mammoth bone and other natural materials with no paint or castings.  Enclosed in a plexiglass mahogany framed case, 35 inches long by 26 inches high by 15 inches wide.  Scale 1/75.  Provenance:  Scherbak Art, Englewood, CO.  Estimate $750-$1,250
