A fine and ornate icon showing the Mother of God inside a room together with the 12 Apostles with a dove (sign of the Holy Spirit) above them and encircled with fire. The flames of the Holy Spirit descend on each of them. The borders with various saints including Christopher, Artimy, Justinna and others.
