A RARE AND IMPORTANT MULLER AND CHAPELLE GLASS AND WROUGHT IRON FIGURAL ART DECO LAMP circa 1920, the finely molded wrought iron fretwork armature encasing the blown glass body of a cockerel, internally decorated with lemon yellow, raspberry pink, and cobalt blue infused with silver flakes, sporting hand wrought multi-layered tail feathers and wings rising from an incised iron pad on variegated gray marble base. Glass inscribed "Muller Fres Luneville". Base inscribed "Chapelle Nancy France". Height 16.5", Length 20.75".
