A FINE GILDED SILVER AND BRONZE MONSTRANCE probably German, and probably 17th or 18th century, perhaps even earlier. The cylindrical glass exposition element flanked by a pair of gilded angels mounted by a dome flanked by the Apostle John and the Virgin. St. Peter beneath the cross mounted upper dome. Apparently unmarked. Height 23.75 inches (60 cm).

AN IMPRESSIVE SILVER AND EBONIZED ALTAR CRUCIFIX French 18th or 19th century. The corpus modeled with good anatomy with flowing hair and loincloth. The ends of the cross terminating with silver scrolls. The spherical base with the skull of Adam and serpent. The Virgin and the Apostle John look on. Between them the Agnus Dei. Height 22 inches (56 cm).
