A LARGE HOPI POLYCHROME SEED JAR, first half of the twentieth century. Bird, linear and stepped terrace elements surround jar between two framing lines, good blush. Signed with Frog hallmark for Paqua Naha. Height 7.25", width 9.5".

A VERY FINE HOPI POLYCHROME CANTEEN, Nampeyo family, possibly Anne Healing, late 19th century. Stylized waterbug motif in center of biscuit medallion decorates top of canteen which is slipped brown, spout turns up in traditional Nampeyo style. Height 4", width 9".
