RARE IOWA KU KLUX KLAN WOMANS UNIFORM AND REGALIA GROUP, circa 1910. Consisting of two white silk robes with circular chest patches on left breast displaying a red cross. Together with a pair of matching blue silk caps with tassels and with applied sewn felt letters spelling "1 IOWA PATROL" around the brow. Also a large (53 inches x 30 inches) finely sewn silk on silk banner with horizontal sewn suspension loops at top and with embroidered letters identifying it as belong to: "POLK COUNTY KLAN NO. 1 REALM OF IOWA" "WOMEN OF THE KU KLUX KLAN DRILL TEAM". Together with two red silk embroidered sashes.
