Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Serving as the administrative assistant to both the President/CEO and Director of Operations of the company, working with auction buyers and sellers and performing various clerical and office related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Ability to type 60+ WPM
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivation

AUCTION SPECIALIST / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Jackson’s International Auctioneers has an immediate opening for a fulltime Account Executive general (or specific) specialist and cataloger.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Work directly with prospective sellers providing estimates and proposals for the procurement of consignments of items and collections for sale at auction
  • Continually create and develop sales accounts with new and current clients and contacts.
  • Research and write catalog descriptions
  • Attend regularly schedule staff meetings

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Minimum of two years auction experience
  • Prefer expertise in decorative or fine art
  • Willing to relocate
  • Some sales experience desired
